Ok well just a few minutes.......

Looking forward to Brickyard(NASCAR) this weekend. Gonna do some camping. Julia will return a hillbilly.

People are signing up at GuitarPsycho already which is killer.

Quit Gold's gym, going to the Y now. Much better. Now I come in at 7 and take two hour lunches from work. Its much easier to go when I am awake and am ready for a nice break from work. It splits up the day well.

A friend of mine wants me to record some tunes for his site. Pretty cool.

Yoga was very rough tonight, a bit much for me. I think I will stick to the easy classes.

Like I said earlier. Time goes by like a blur lately. Very busy back on first shift. I am having to make choices on what will get attention. A few things I would like I just can't.

www.GuitarPsycho.com traffic is up and steady. I am working to update it weekly which takes a dedicated effort, I have to slot a couple nights out a week to keep up and that still does not allow me to do all I want. I am out of work for surgery recovery in Sept. Whenever I am able to be up I hope to get a lot done on the couch. We will see. I will be out for 3 weeks so that should move things pretty quickly.

I played in a band situation for the first time in a long time today at River Hills Christian Church in Loveland. It was very cool. I will be playing there when I am not at Julia's church but at least a couple times a month. Good to be active in that way again.

Brickyard race this weekend. Jason and Steph will be meeting myself and Julia. We will be camping. Looking forward to that. Have not done it in ages. Please join together and pray for Julia that she wil come through this a hard core race fan.............. : )
