Logic Pro 7 is awesome!

I mentioned earlier I was going to dive into Logic and Reason for my recording work. I think I will be dropping reason because I won't need it. Logic has a TON of plugins and intruments! Anyway I just played around with a bunch. I like Sculpture the most so far. I will maybe record it some time so you can see a vid of it. Here is a screenshot. This is very sweet.

Shrinking Man

Funny I was given a nickname at Moeller Music by one of the other guitar instructors. I am now "The Amazing Shrinking Man".

Weighed in today at 239.4 I finally cracked the 230's barrier. I have not done that.....at least willfully (outside of sickness or surgery) since BFL back a few years ago. The interesting thing this time is I have not had to kill myself to do it. Just moderation and consistent planning.

I have decided next week I will take a week to just chill and maybe gain a couple and then start back in 2007. If I don't go crazy (which I won't be) I will be set to comfortably move to my goal of 210 to 220 by end of March.

Next week I am on vacation so I will start hitting the gym 3 days a week. Gonna continue to go easy and build slowly to find a plan I can live with and not drop when I reach my goal. Scuba diving should help as well.
