Cha Cha Ching!!!!
So anyway I was headed into weightwatchers today feeling pretty bummed.
I knew last week I stayed on track points-wise but just felt like I had
gained. I was going through all the reasons why.....maybe I was
drinking too much coke or not watching my measurements close enough....

I jumped on the scale and found I actually lost 2.8 pounds!
Anyway I am still going to cut back on the cokes. And I am going to be
looking a little more at how I can make my situation more optimal.
Someone at WW told me they feel like I explained because of not enough
exercise. True...
I am over the holidays. I only gained a little as planned and have lost
it already. Just a minor blip on the radar. 220s in March!!
