TASM to MBP

I was nicknamed "The Amazing Shrinking Man" recently but I am starting to think I will get the nickname "Mr. Baggy Pants" if I don't buy new clothes soon. I won't be though. Its pointless for me to buy clothes today that I will grow out of in a month. I don't plan on ever going back up in weight again so its a complete waste. I bought some jeans a month or so back and they are already baggy. Heck I have not looked my greatest for years anyway....whats 1-2 more months?

Yesterday I weighed in at 228.6! So I entered the 220s as planned.....a week early. I am not expecting to reach the teens in March....I am taking a vacation and a break from everything at the end of the month although I will probably watch my eating habits a little....I just will be allowing a bit more.

So my goal of 210 will be reached in April to early May depending on what I put on during the vacation.

Funny thing is last time I took some time off from my eating discipline I really did not enjoy it much. I felt pretty much like crap and uncomfortable with the old habits. It's good to be reminded though occasionally.

I have done a little better with exercise in the gym lately but I need to step it up to reach my goals for the year.

It's all good.

NASCAR DRAFT!!!

This year we had to auction/draft a week late but no problems.....we pick up the points from Daytona...albeit not really good....

But I love my team!

Looking pretty tight.

Jimmie Johnson
Kyle Busch
Greg Biffle
Mark Martin (who is not LEAVING early......just out for a few races)

Of course with racing you really can't say anything till the race is over....no matter how it looks when you begin.

Ideal Resume

Lately in my lessons Tom Hess has been having me go through my ideal resume and listing what it would look like. This and a lot of other things he has taken me through has improved my clarity of vision a ton and helped me see where I am acting in ways that are not taking me anywhere towards my goals. These are not new ideas but I have never had anyone present the information quite like he has. To say it has been a great exercise is an understatement.

Anyway things keep moving in the right direction. Just keep hammering away.
